Still a few months away, but building some good momentum on the 12th Annual Headhunt. We've had some great continued support from sponsors like Goose Hummock and On The Water, and some new ones including Hot Stove Saloon and Cape Cod Five. We are finalizing some other potential relationships and are really looking for donated prizes - anything is welcome. This tourney has never been about the money, but the prizes are key.
We also have a few more crews from Boston in the mix- and a couple that may need boats. I'll be looking to some of the local charters and if you know any good ones, def hit me up.
Lastly - if anyone is confirmed in - def let us know - would love to know how many of the veteran boats are back. At this point, I think we have at least -
- Burnies - not sure if they bros will fish (lose) together or separate boats this year
- Team Powe - ex-champs have switched boats and caused some controversy but the big mouthed city slickers will be back in force. Heard there is already tension on who makes the squad this year
- Jailbreak - ex-champ is also rumored to be back to quickly become a Vegas favorite
- Corduroy and crew? We think. Need their trash talking and small fish on the scales back again
- Team Jackal - fan favorites, Tourney Directors, and 0-11 in our own tourney. Something needs to change
